In this option, your tv will be mounted to the ceiling using a motorized tv mount. The tv can be lowered from against the ceiling in a total of 55 seconds by using the remote control that is supplied. This price is also including a wireless install to hide all cords so they won’t be dangling from the ceiling. This price also includes the (2) 2x4’s that I would need to supply if your ceiling beam is not centered exactly where you would want the tv. Rates will be lowered if 2x4’s are not needed. If you want your 2x4’s painted or sprayed with popcorn ceiling material, rates will be increased. An in person consultation is needed at least FIVE days prior to your appointment.
